My client, a 100-year-old, award-winning estate agency, is looking for an ambitious Sales Lister to join their team in Colchester. With a prestigious network of offices across Essex, they were recently named National Medium-Sized Letting Agents of the Year 2024 at The Negotiator Awards in London. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Valuations & Listings – Conduct expert property appraisals, advise on pricing strategies, and secure new instructions.
• Negotiation & Sales Progression – Work with sellers, buyers, solicitors, and surveyors to ensure smooth transactions.
• Client Relationship Building – Be the trusted advisor for homeowners, guiding them through the sale process.
• Networking & Business Development – Attend local events, generate new business, and enhance market presence.
• Hitting Targets – Work towards sales goals with a supportive team and an uncapped commission structure.

• Proven Sales Lister/Valuer experience in estate agency.
• A strong understanding of the Essex property market and sales process.
• Confident negotiator with a track record of securing instructions.
• A natural networker with excellent communication skills.
• Propertymark Level 3 qualification (preferred) & UK driving license required.

• Salary: £27,500 basic (incl. car allowance) | £45,000 OTE | 6-month guarantee
